1. Key Definitions

  • User / You – Anyone using TRX Music or our services.
  • Music – All tracks, stems, and sound effects provided by TRX.
  • License – The rights granted to use TRX Music under your chosen plan.
  • Subscription – Recurring access to TRX Music under a set plan.
  • Custom License – A license tailored to your project’s specific needs.

2. How You Can Use Our Music

  • Music is licensed, not sold. You keep the rights with TRX or our partners.
  • You can use Music in client projects, commercials, films, TV, online content, or presentations, only as permitted by your license.
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of music as a standalone product is not allowed.

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide ongoing access to TRX Music according to your chosen plan.
  • Plans are billed automatically until cancelled.
  • TRX may update pricing, content, or plans with notice.
  • You are responsible for keeping payments current to maintain access.

4. Custom Licenses

  • Custom licenses are tailored agreements covering scope, pricing, and duration.
  • All custom licenses must be agreed to in writing by TRX and the User.
  • Changes to a custom license must also be agreed in writing.

5. Restrictions

Unless your license allows it:

  • Do not sell, share, or sublicense Music as standalone content.
  • Do not use Music for illegal, defamatory, or harmful projects.
  • Do not use Music in hate speech, violent, or discriminatory content.

6. Termination

  • TRX may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, remove all Music from active use unless agreed otherwise.
  • Termination does not remove responsibility for prior breaches.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • TRX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license.
  • You agree to indemnify TRX against claims or losses from misuse of Music.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms

TRX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Music constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
